By accessing and using Dazzl ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dazzl provides a platform for creating, editing, and sharing software tutorials and guides. The Service includes a Chrome extension for recording workflows and a web-based editor for managing content.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You must provide accurate account information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for securing your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pro and Max plans include a 1-day free trial.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content or malware
• Share confidential information without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service for spam or harassment

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant Dazzl a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
